Booking & Payment Policy

At Golden View Resort, Chandil, we aim to provide a seamless booking experience while ensuring transparency in our policies. Please review our Booking & Payment Policy before confirming your reservation.

1. Booking Policy

  • Guests can book their stay online, via third-party platforms, or by contacting our reservations team.
  • A valid government-issued ID (passport, Aadhaar, or driverโ€™s license) is required at check-in.
  • Advance booking is recommended to secure your preferred dates and room category.

2. Payment Policy

  • Advance Payment: A minimum of 50% of the total booking amount is required to confirm the reservation.
  • Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash.
  • Balance Payment: The remaining amount must be settled upon check-in.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of check-in will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount.
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.

4. Modification Policy

  • Date modifications are subject to availability and must be requested at least 72 hours before check-in.
  • Rate differences may apply for different seasons or room categories.

5. Early Check-in & Late Check-out

  • Early check-in before 12:00 PM and late check-out after 11:00 AM may incur additional charges.

6. Taxes & Service Charges

  • All bookings are subject to applicable government taxes and service charges.
