We stayed here for 3 nights and the overall experience is less than Average. We stayed in their Luxury room. Room is clean. But rooms are very much overpriced. Only... read more breakfast is complementary and items are very limited. Rooms are decent in size definitely not worth the price they ask for. We got a discount so honestly bargain hard. Coming to their service which is absolutely not 24/7. They would wrap up every meal atleast 30 mins before time. They will call you and take dinner order at 9 pm as the restaurant closes at 9.30 pm. So if you are planning for late dinner you have to order early and eat cold food, that's exactly what we had to do. Food quality and quality both are disappointing. All of the food items were below Average. A lot of offers were supposed to be available which we're not like pool side mocktail offers, special day offer. We were told these aren't available at the time. Now coming to room service though they don't charge extra they did a lot of mistakes in my bill and added prices of complementary items. Also when I called for booking and paid in advance they told me water is compimentary but then they charged for each and every single bottle of water we ordered. When we tried to talk to the manager he wasn't available so another staff who just casually told us that this is what we do here we charge for water and completely ignored what I said. Initially he was also not ready to accept the mistakes in the bill but finally had to as we were not going to let them fool us. The only thing best about this place is it's location that is very close to the beach. So if you stay here make sure to check you room service bill thoroughly before you pay. And definitely bargain for rooms whichever you want to book. Stay here if you want to be closer to the beach and have a mini resort experience. Nothing special about the place. Their staff behaviour at end really spoiled our experience at the end.
