We visited with family and had a memorable experience and warm stay here. Most recommended.. And already planning on the next trip...

TLDR : Go to the restaurant for the food. Better book your stay elsewhere if you're looking for a good night's rest, as it *will* be interrupted by obnoxiously loud... read more music from other guests that the manager fails to control. On the other hand, if you want to party, probably the best hotel around as the manager will be unable to stop you. What went right: Good well maintained infrastructure outside the rooms. Helpful staff. Amazing food, although a bit pricey, but well justified. Ample parking space inside. Electric charger available for EVs. What went horribly wrong: The stay was an auditory nightmare with 4 big speakers blasting random music all day long IN THE ENTIRE HOTEL (might be a new addition as none of the earlier reviews mentioned this), along with other guests playing loud music, hooting, whooping and making all manner of noises in the common area. The manager was utterly powerless to stop the disturbance from other guests. When we requested to at least turn off the hotel speakers that were playing music the whole day, it was initially turned off for about 5 minutes, then turned right back on. When requested a second time, we were told the speakers would only be turned off at 9:30 in the night! We also kept hearing voices from the neighbouring room. Noise isolation is non existent in the front room, which is the costliest room and the one that we had taken. Add the fact that the staff and guests keep talking in the front area right outside your room, and you can forget about getting any sleep. Bathtub is a great addition, but the mechanism has not been maintained well, plus only 1 small capacity geyser makes it impossible to fill with hot water within a reasonable timeframe rendering it useless in winters. Breakfast starts late at 8:30 am compared to the general standard 7 am, so plan your day accordingly if you want to eat at the hotel. We chose this place looking at the positive reviews without hesitation hoping for a relaxing environment, but it turned out to be a disaster because of not being able to get any sleep due to the constant music and noise. It was to the extent that we even contemplated relocating in the middle of the night as we had to drive again early next day, and getting a good night's rest was paramount. Would not be recommending to any family or friends, which is a shame since we thought we had found a hidden gem of a place.
