Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Golden View Resort, Chandil, we strive to offer our guests a seamless and enjoyable stay. We understand that travel plans may change, and we have outlined our refund and cancellation policy to provide clarity and fairness for all our guests.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Flexible Cancellation (7 Days Prior to Check-in): Full refund if canceled at least 7 days before check-in.
  • Moderate Cancellation (3-6 Days Prior to Check-in): 50% refund if canceled 3 to 6 days before check-in.
  • Last-Minute Cancellation (Less than 3 Days Before Check-in): Non-refundable.

2. No-Show Policy

If a guest fails to check in on the scheduled date without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and the full amount will be non-refundable.

3. Early Check-out Policy

Guests who check out earlier than the scheduled departure date will not be eligible for a refund for the unused nights.

4. Refund Process

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days from the cancellation date. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the booking.

5. Modification Policy

Guests may request a booking modification (date change) at least 5 days prior to check-in, subject to room availability and rate adjustments.

6. Force Majeure

In case of natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies, guests may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling without additional charges.
