Welcome to Golden View Resort, Chandil. By booking a stay at our resort, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

2. Booking & Payment

2.1. All bookings must be made through our official website, authorized travel agencies, or directly at the resort.

2.2. A valid payment method is required to confirm your booking. Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.

2.3. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

2.4. Additional charges may apply for extra guests, services, or facilities beyond those included in the booking.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund.

3.2. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night’s stay.

3.3. No-shows without prior cancellation will be charged the full booking amount.

3.4. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.

4. Check-In & Check-Out

4.1. Check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out time is by 11:00 AM.

4.2. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4.3. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for all guests at check-in.

5. Resort Policies

5.1. Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect other guests and staff members.

5.2. Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking rooms and common areas.

5.3. The use of illegal substances and any unlawful activities on the premises is prohibited.

5.4. Pets are not allowed unless explicitly mentioned in the booking confirmation.

5.5. Damages to resort property caused by guests will be charged accordingly.

6. Safety & Security

6.1. The resort is equipped with 24/7 security surveillance for guest safety.

6.2. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The resort is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

6.3. In case of emergencies, guests must follow resort safety protocols and instructions from the staff.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

7.1. Golden View Resort, Chandil is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property during the stay.

7.2. The resort reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests violating policies without a refund.

7.3. Any disputes arising from the stay will be governed by local laws and jurisdictions.

8. Amendments & Modifications

8.1. Golden View Resort, Chandil reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

8.2. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
